Greayers Exterior Design

Greayer's Design is an exterior design Firm from Boston. They provide many natural materials in there projects and they give every project a chic clean look. As for the Project Ivan and I picked from this design Firm we picked a Project they did the front yard and the backyard as well. The exterior front of the house was placed by materials such as Blue stone paving which rages from the prices of $35/ sq ft. and brick detailing in the drive way of the house. They always added field stone walls to the front of the house that ranges from the amount of $65/ sq ft. This was installed at the front of the house. The lawn was made up of the material of turf which ranges from the price of $9/sq ft. As well as new brick detailing in with the price range of 15/sq ft. The Lighting fixtures in the front of the house were the material of Bronze which, gave the house the natural look that she was looking for in the exterior that Architect Rochelle Walter had told me blending in with the theme of the interior of the house.

Natural plants installed as well which the prices had a variety of price ranges as there were flowers, plant bushes, and trees that were planted in the front yard. All the plants that were installed were natural and picked for the right weather that suits in Boston. The back patio has a fire place that has Iron grates to secure the fireplace and fives it a clean chic look to the fireplace. There was reclaimed brick on the front drive way as well that went with the patter of the other brick in the drive way. The Architect Rochelle Walter said she wanted to keep it with earth tones and give it a shabui vibe. The fire wood was made up of gas canisters which was one material the Architect said she couldn't make natural that she had wished she could. Contrainers where made of terrazzo that they used in the backyard project.

The stone that was used for the fireplace was the same stone they used in the front yard which was New England Field Stone and the back patio was a natural stone as well. The metal gate on the side of the house was made up of cast iron that Rochelle couldn't get a picture of but was in the on the left side of the house.
